Credit Card Security Policy

 

Evakool uses the ANZ Payment Gateway and Paypal for its online transactions.

ANZ processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants,

providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the ANZ gateway are secured

payments. Paypal is an internationally recognised form of secure payment.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Evakool or any outside party.  Because of this if you wish to add anything to your order after it is placed we will need these details again.

• All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate.

• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within ANZ’s bank-grade data centre, further

protecting your credit card data.  Any additional security questions/security codes are part of ANZ's security and no information is given to or stored by Evakool

• ANZ at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the

merchant account held by Evakool

Delivery Policy

 

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Evakool containing your order

details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order

within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via Courier within

1-2 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

 Factory Seconds Policy

All images shown on the website of factory second units are of new undamaged units.  Due to the nature of factory seconds and the many ways in which they can be caused (through marks, scratches and scuffs or repairs) we cannot show images of each factory second unit that is available.  Wherever possible however better quality units are reserved for website sales and lesser quality units are marked accordingly.


As our factory seconds are of varying ages there may be some minor variation between models as functionality is updated.  An example of this would be some of our models that recently were upgraded to have Wifi connectivity.  Some factory seconds may predate this and as such do not have this function.  Again wherever possible we will send newer units first however we cannot guarantee you will recieve a unit with the latest functionality if none are available.  The core features of the fridge/icebox will remain the same.


Refund & Returns Policy

 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email on

warranty@evakool.com so that we can resolve any problems.

 

Our refund policy does not apply to goods which have been damaged after delivery, or if

any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products

must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You

assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out

shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Evakool will not be responsible

for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
