Payment Options and Procedure


Once you have decided on the products you wish to purchase and have added them to your cart there are three (3) methods of payment that can be utilised.

 

The first payment option is Credit Card . Once you have selected this option and inputed all of your details and have seen what the total cost including freight is, you can click the "Place Order button. Once your payment has been successfully processed (instantaneous with credit card ) we will then contact you, by email, with you delivery details.

 

The second option is Paypal which is a secure website that accepts credit card payments as well as payments from existing paypal users. Once you have selected this option and inputed all of your details and have seen what the total cost including freight is, you can click the "Place Order button. Once you click this button you will be redirected to the SECURE paypal website and either be asked to enter your log in details or if you do not own a paypal account then to enter your credit card details. Please be aware that only MASTERCARD and VISA are acceptable credit card methods to use. We regret that we do not accept American Express, Diners Club or BarterCard. After you have finished making payment you will then be redirected to our website and your payment will be sent to us for processing. Please then allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order and contact you, by email, about delivery details.

The third payment option is Zip Pay.  Zip Pay is an external payment system that provides short term loans so you can recieve the product immediately.  All financial transactions using Zip Pay are handled by them and any queries regarding repayments, eligibility etc are handled by them.  For more information and their terms and conditions please visit https://zippay.com.au/  Once a customer is approved to pay via Zip Pay we will send your order out within 1-2 business days.

Updating Account Information


If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at sales@evakool.com.
